Baden-Baden is a complex of private apartments located in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region. The first floor of the building is occupied by Baden Aqua Spa, a spa complex with 14 types of various baths and saunas, a heated outdoor pool (600 sq.m.), an indoor pool, a VIP area, and a children's aqua zone. From the second to the seventh floor of the building there are private apartments. Each apartment is individual and has its own design. All apartments are equipped to meet the needs of discerning guests, have their own kitchens and bathrooms. The location in the same building allows guests to descend to the spa complex directly from the apartment, while there is no need to leave the building. Accommodation in Baden Spa Apartment gives guests the right to take advantage of a 25% discount for two to visit the spa complex.

Terms of stay

The apartment is not intended for parties.

The apartments are rented to guests over 18 years old. Guests under the age of 18 can only be accompanied by an adult.

We ask you to refrain from smoking in the apartment.

We do not accept guests with pets.

Upon arrival, guests make a security deposit of 5000 rubles as a guarantee of the safety of the apartment and its equipment, compliance with the rules of accommodation. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure in the absence of damage to property, signs of smoking, compliance with the rules of accommodation.

The cost of compensation for the loss/damage of the "owner's card" is 5000r

When booking a stay, the guest may be asked to make a 100% payment of the entire cost of accommodation as a guarantee of settlement.

Booking cancellation If your plans have changed, we ask you to cancel your reservation no later than 1 day before the expected arrival date. From June 01 to August 31, cancellation is possible no later than 3 days before arrival. In case of violation of these deadlines, the owner of the apartment can withhold payment for the first night of stay.

The booking procedure through the official website is absolutely safe. You can book an apartment no later than 1 day before arrival. If there are less than 24 hours left before check-in, please contact the accommodation facility to settle the check-in process. Check-in is possible from 15 :00. Check-out is possible until 12:00. The conditions of early arrival and late departure are negotiated additionally.
