Terms of stay

The apartments are owned by private individuals.

The apartments are not intended for parties.

The apartments can be rented to guests over the age of 18. Guests under the age of 18 can only be accompanied by an adult.

Please refrain from smoking in the apartment.

We do not accept guests with pets.

Upon arrival, guests make a security deposit of 5,000 rubles (for some apartments, the deposit may amount to 10,000 rubles, as indicated in the description of the apartment) as a guarantee of the safety of the apartment and its equipment, compliance with the rules of accommodation. The deposit will be refunded no later than 1 day after departure in the absence of damage to property, signs of smoking, and compliance with the rules of stay.

Payments are made in cash.

When booking an apartment, the Guest pays the booking fee as a security payment. The security payment is credited to the rent of the apartment. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days in advance (less than 30 days in advance - for stays from 29.12 to 10.01, as well as from 28.04 to 30.09), the payment will not be refunded before arrival.

Bookings without payment are considered non-guaranteed and can be cancelled unilaterally.

Booking cancellation

If your plans have changed, we ask you to cancel your reservation no later than 14 days before the expected arrival date.

When booking a stay from December 29 to January 10, from April 28 to September 30, cancellation is possible no later than 30 days before arrival.

In case of violation of the specified deadlines, the apartment owner may withhold payment of 100% of the cost.
